Manvel plane crash: Authorities on the ground are investigating the plane crash

HOUSTON – Authorities are on the scene after the plane crashed Manvel on Friday afternoon.

Officials said they received a report of a plane crash at 811 Hal McClain Road (Wolfe Airpark).

Police said officers immediately responded to the scene and determined that both occupants of the plane were able to exit safely without injury.

Manvel police said the Texas Department of Public Safety was notified and a trooper arrived a short time later to take over the investigation.

Authorities said there were no injuries or property damage as a result of the incident.

DPS is investigating.
