A 24-year-old Atlanta man was arrested after a pastor found a hidden camera in the bathroom of a women’s church.

Ramon Ochoa Garcia allegedly recorded women and underage girls in the bathroom of a World Mission Society church in Bloomingdale, Illinois, beginning in August. ABC 7 Chicago.

According to the newspaper, Garcia, who lives in a van, allegedly placed a small hand-held camera in a vent in a women’s bathroom to film at least 24 victims, including two young girls.

A judge denied a request by prosecutors to hold Garcia over until trial because they argued he could flee because he is homeless.
