Ryan Reynolds celebrates Deadpool and Wolverine’s homecoming with deleted scenes; See here

It seems that “Deadpool and Wolverine” still has many surprises in store. Co-creator Ryan Reynolds recently shared never-before-seen footage to celebrate the film’s home release on Disney+.

On his Instagram Stories and X (formerly Twitter), Reynolds posted a scene in which he is surrounded by multiple variants of Deadpool. In this scene, he talks about his best friend in the movie, Peter, played by Rob Delaney.

The sequence in question appears to be the one in which Deadpool and Wolverine fight all the mercenary options with a mouth from the Void right before the final sequence in which the anti-heroes prepare to sacrifice their lives.

In the newly released footage, Deadpool can be seen saying, “My Peter gave me a sense of belonging that no one else did.”

However, the character is soon interrupted by a variant that shouts: “Take it!”. The voice suggests that the harsh words came from Kid Pool.

Soon there are other variants that say even more obnoxious words like “F*** off, Go back to Canada, a****, B** off, loser” and so on.

All this happens while Hugh Jackman and Peter Delaney are in the Wolverine frame.

Speaking about the footage, the actor, who appeared in a cameo in Brad Pitt’s Bullet Train, said: “That scene was removed from the film, but not my heart. Deadpool and Wolverine airs today on @DisneyPlus,” on X.

“Deadpool and Wolverine” was released in July this year. Released in 2024, Marvel Studios’ only entry welcomed mutants into its vast and storied franchise.

While the futures of both Deadpool and Wolverine in the Marvel Cinematic Universe have yet to be revealed, the “Slayer’s Wife” actor revealed that he is already working on a new project with his close friend Hugh Jackman and Sean Levy, director of Deadpool and Wolverine.

In the meantime, get ready to see the seasoned actor on stage next year. Hugh Jackman announced back in October that he will perform live next year during a 12-concert residency at New York’s Radio City Music Hall.

The star of “Prisoners” will star in the musical “From New York with Love”.
