Mahesh Babu’s nephew Ashok Galla says the actor is ‘protecting his looks’ for SS Rajamouli’s next

Ashok Galla interacted with the press at the launch event of his upcoming film Devaki Nandana Vasudev and he explained why his uncle Mahesh Babu missed the event.

All eyes are turned Mahesh Babu and his next film with director S. WITH. Rajamouli. Even when the actor goes on a vacation with friends and family, fans are curious to know how he will look in his next film. His nephew Ashok Galla said this while promoting his upcoming film Devaki Nandana Vasudeva. Ashok Galla on Mahesh Babu’s eyes

Most pictures of Mahesh these days show him wearing dark glasses and a hat. A few snaps without these accessories saw him grow out his hair and beard, even with fans comparing his to John Wick and Jesus Christ.

Ashok he was asked if his uncle would attend future events for his films in support, and he said that Mahesh was trying to “protect his image”. He said, “He is very busy with Rajamouli. Even though some pictures of him have surfaced, it’s hard to look right now, isn’t it? (points to hair and beard) He’s trying to protect the image of his fans and viewers. He wants the first sight to be terrible… so he keeps quiet.”

Even before the film was officially announced, there was a lot of buzz and speculation about the casting, the story of the film, etc. As long as it is confirmed Rajamouli and Mahesh are working on a film together, nothing is known about the story yet. The film is being touted as a global adventure, but other details have yet to be announced.

Although the film was supposed to hit the screens this year, it seems that shooting will not begin until 2025. Rajamouli recently scouted locations for the project in South Africa, hinting at what the film could be like. Mahesh was last seen in Guntur Kaaramand Rajamouli’s last film was RRR.
