“I contacted Sky, sent them a DM and said: ‘I should be one of your top pundits, you’re making fun of me. It’s not even for the anniversary. I’m not against the anniversary, but I’m not “I don’t want it to be in the middle of October when it happened in the middle of May.”

Another game Chelsea won 1-0 in the league.

“At that stage I was just traveling with the team, I wasn’t on the bench. I remember just watching Dzola and I just couldn’t believe how good he was. You know, at pitch level you’re really short, maybe realize the speed of the game.

“How small he was, but how stocky he was, how strong he was. The way he used to control the ball. I feel that when we talk about foreign players, he was one of those who at the beginning we will always remember, we’ll always have a special bond with him, (Eric) Cantona, (Dennis) Bergkamp. They felt like the first real superstars.”
