Death in crash Friday night in Destin – hassteveclarkresignedyet

DESTIN, Fla. (WKRG) – Okaloosa County deputies are investigating a fatal crash. Publication on Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page said the OCSO Traffic Homicide Unit was on the scene of a crash at Emerald Coast Parkway and Trista Terrace Court Friday night.

The crash closed all westbound traffic for a while, but the lanes were reopened at some point. The post did not say how many vehicles were involved in the crash, how it might have happened, or how many people were injured or killed. We’ll continue to update this story as we get more information. We have reached out to the sheriff’s office and are awaiting a response.
