Mars Library offers new programs for teenagers – Butler Eagle

In the coming days, the Mars Area Public Library will offer two new programs for teenagers.

On Wednesday, Oct. 30, the library is hosting Snap Circuits, a STEM lab designed to teach the basics of electricity and electronics using circuit-building toys. Participants can use the pieces to create anything from a working radio to doorbells and light shows.

On November 6, the library is hosting a stop-motion animation lab, where participants will be given the tools to create their own stop-motion animation films in the style of Coraline or Kubo and the Two Strings.
