A Lycoming County man is in jail for attempted murder

WILLIAMSPORT – PennLive is reporting… A Lycoming County man is being held without bail and has been charged with attempted murder in a drive-by shooting.

Tyler Scott White, 28, of Wind Hollow Lane west of Williamsport in Woodward Twp. is accused of shooting Sean Shipton multiple times around 10:00 p.m. Friday.

Shipton was taken to UPMC Williamsport with five gunshot wounds to the left side of the chest and a collapsed lung, state police said. His condition was not available.
