Returning for the new season are fan favorites including Kate Box as Dulcie Collins, Madeleine Sami as Eddie Radcliffe, Nina Oyama as Abby Matsuda and Alicia Gardiner as Kate York.

The second season of Deadloch will also see a bunch of newcomers, including Steve Beasley (The Great Gatsby), Shari Sebbens (Sapphires), Byron Call (Bandits of time), Nikki Britton, Blake Pavey, Damien Harvey (A nimble savant), Bev Killick, Ling Cooper-Tang, Ursula Jovich, Syd Brisbane, Inez English and Lennox Monaghan.

Prime Video recently announced one of the hemsworth brothers would join season two luke.

“Luke Hemsworth will be joining our cast as Jason Wade, the crocodile-fighting icon of the Territory,” creators Kate McCartney and Kate McLennan said of Luke’s new role.

“We are very pleased with ourselves because he is perfect. It’s perfect casting.”

Where was the second season of Deadloch filmed?

The cast and crew said goodbye to Tasmania and hello to the Northern Territory.

Talking to TV week about Deadloch’s new filming location, Alicia Gardiner admitted that there were a lot of “crocodiles” there.

“It’s the same thing Deadloch in that he’s smart and funny – he’s sweatier, we’ve all been bitten by midges and most of us have rashes. But it’s still as funny and sexy as the first season,” she said.

As of September, the cast moved from the crocodile-infested environment to a secure production studio in Brisbane, Queensland.
