The Faribault County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide in rural Wells – Albert Lea Tribune

The Faribault County Sheriff’s Office said Monday afternoon that they are investigating a homicide in rural Wells.

Deputies received a 911 call at 11:46 p.m. Friday about a body found on the property.

The press release states that the death is being ruled a homicide based on the results of the investigation.

The identity of the person has not been released pending notification of next of kin and because the investigation is ongoing.

This incident is being investigated by the Faribault County Sheriff’s Office with assistance from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
