Authorities are investigating a death in Price County

HACKETT TOWNSHIP, Wis. (WEAU) — Authorities are investigating a death in Price County.

According to a press release from the Price County Sheriff’s Office, the Sheriff’s Office is investigating a death near the area of State Highway 13 and Whitby Road in the Town of Hackett.

On November 3, 2024, at around 8:56 p.m., a dead person was found near state highway 13.

There is no threat to the community, says the press release.

The incident is under investigation.
