Authorities are investigating a threat to a Lauderdale County school

LAUDERDALE COUNTY, Alabama (WAFF) – Authorities are investigating after a threat was made at a Lexington school Sunday.

After learning of the threat posted on social media, Lexington administrators immediately initiated a threat protocol, the Lauderdale County School District said.

Local law enforcement continues to investigate the situation.
