Police arrested a suspect in his 30s in the basement of Ilwon Station in Gangnam, Seoul at around 7pm last night, a day after the body was found.

As a result of the investigation, it was confirmed that A is scheduled to be promoted to the rank of active lieutenant colonel of the army, working at the Ministry of National Defense’s unit in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do.

At the time of his arrest, he was transferred to a unit in Songpa-gu, Seoul.

Last night, the police sent A to the Gangwon Police Station for investigation.

According to the investigation, Mr. B., who died, was a 33-year-old woman, a serviceman who worked in the same unit as Mr. A.
