The Real Housewives of Potomac fans are divided after Mia suggests that Karen needs rehab after a drunk driving accident

Karen Huger’s DNS allegations (or, as she insists, they’re just “allegations”) continue to garner a lot of attention on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Potomac.

The 61-year-old was involved in a car accident in March 2024, just one month before RHOP Season 9 began filming.

She has since refused to go into detail about the accident, although in this week’s episode titled “A Blast from Everyone’s Past,” Mia Thornton went so far as to suggest that Karen needs to go to rehab.

RHOP newbie Stacey Rush apparently hadn’t heard about the incident — despite the group discussing it all season — and went straight to Karen to relay what she’d just heard about rehab.

Her actions left many RHOP fans divided, with some claiming she was a “snitch” and some insisting she was actually a good friend by being so direct.

This user wasn’t the only one who was surprised how Stacey couldn’t find out about all of Karen’s accusations/allegations.

@theINTELLECT thought rehab was too much, adding: “These girls have gone too far with this mess in rehab. Mia and Jacqueline are messy.”

However, @BLiciouslly thought Stacey’s silliness was just an act, tweeting: “Stacey is acting like a mess with such class and grace I almost believe she’s just worried! I LOVE this for US!!!! She is such a queen!!!’

Others criticized Karen for calling her criminal allegations “accusations,” like @sugarbunt who said: “Damn drama at the end of the episode is what we should get! But hey, I need to talk about next sunday please.. Rehabilitate all the accusations (I think they were accusations).
