Ex-Nick radler arrested on charges of baby porn at Miami-NBC Airport 6 South Florida

The former city counselor of New York, who once did time in federal prison according to the bribery scheme, was arrested on charges of children’s pornography in Miami.

Daniel James Halloran, 53, was arrested at Miami International Airport on Saturday on charges of owning childhood pornography and transportation of child pornography.

According to a criminal complaint, US customs and border protection agents were looking for an iPhone Halloran when he arrived at the airport and found several videos with children’s pornography in a hidden folder.

At least 35 videos have shown young children who perform various sexual acts in the complaint.
