The Waterville husband, charged with a great theft crime

Waterville-36-year-old man Votterville was arrested and charged with a great theft after allegedly rendering unauthorized accusations on the victim’s credit card, Sheriff’s Office of the Onneid district reports.

Joel Bagby faces a criminal accusation of class E in the great theft of the fourth degree after the investigation, which began in early January.

The case arose when deputies of the road patrol took a complaint from the victim, which reported unauthorized accusations on their credit card, Sheriff Robert M. Machiol said.

Due to the nature of the case, it was transferred to the investigative unit of criminal investigations.

Bugbee was processed in law enforcement building and later released a ticket for the emergence that can be returned to Vterville.
