The French right leader Jordan Bardell accused the authorities of the desire to prevent his national rally (RN) assumed the power after Marin Le Pen’s figures were invested with a five -year ban on office.

Le Pen promised to fight the court order, which seems to have excluded its purpose to seek and potentially win the French presidency in 2027.

“Everything will be done to prevent us from power,” Bardell said in an interview on Cnews and Europe’s radio station 1.

On Monday, Le Pen was convicted of creating fake jobs in the EU Parliament, taking advantage of the cost of employment of assistants who actually worked for her party in France.

Le Pen was forbidden to run for a position for five years and made a four -year prison punishment, although it would not be in prison, since half of it was suspended and the rest would be filed with an electronic label.

Twenty -four people – including Le Pen – were convicted – all of them are pH or assistants.

Bardell compared this decision to move to Romania with the administration of the extreme right candidate Kalin Georgescu from the permanent president after the elections last year due to alleged Russian intervention.

The pH leader stated that the “peaceful” protest will take place this weekend.

He undermined the “tyranny of judges”, but also condemned “threats, abuse and images” aimed at them.

One of the two best prosecutors of France denied that there is a political element of the decision of Monday.

“Justice is not a political one, it is not a political decision, but a legitimate, which is determined by three independent, impartial judges,” Remie Hitz RTL Radio Station said.

He also hit “unacceptable … very personal attacks against judges and threats that can lead to criminal prosecution.”
