The official spokesman stated that the step is made by the directives of the Chief Minister Yoga Aditianat at a meeting recently. He warned the officers against any negligence, confirming security and law as the main priorities of the government of the state.

Yoga stated that unauthorized electronic rickshaw and cars were involved in several accidents. Following the Directives of the Chief Minister, the Commissioner for Transport instructed all police commissioners, district magistrates and senior police officers to hold a campaign.

He expressed anxiety about an accident and stressed the need to prevent minor cars and called for mandatory testing of TEMPO and E-Rickshaw drivers. He also ordered that the officials of the transport department be included in the working groups at the district level to ensure efficient implementation.

The State Department of Transport, according to the Transport Commissioner, Brays Narayne Singh, closely monitors the campaign. The designated nodal officers will be overseen. An additional commissioner for transport (law enforcement) Sanjai Singh was appointed officer of the node in the headquarters and will control the operations at the district level daily.

District level officers, including divisional transport employees (administration/law enforcement), were instructed to ensure the success of the campaign. The progress report will be submitted to the Government on Friday.
