The wing of economic offenses (EW) of the Mumbai police is considering a complaint to sell a non -existent TDR (to the right to be transmitted), in which a group of persons made a few crores of Rs. The use of TDR allows the builder to build outside the index of the floor space (FSI) available for its project. The average TDR costs 65 % of the finished registrar (RR) in the department where it should be used.
