Jawaan Taylor on contract restructuring and KC executives’ desire to continue adding talent

After a successful first season with Kansas City Chiefsright tackle Jawaan Taylor had a solid effort for KC during the first half of its 2024 campaign. Taylor spoke to the media on Saturday and was asked how his conversation with the team went when he was approached about the restructuring and why he agreed to change the deal.

“It means a lot,” Taylor said. “You know, we always want to get an opportunity to get better and help the team in any way we can, we’ve had a few guys injured and stuff, so I think the guys we’ve brought in are definitely going to help us out there.”
