Venom 3: The Last Dance’s messy ending explained.

Venom: The Last Dance this is the conclusion for sony Poison trilogy, clearly separating Tom Hardy’s Eddie Brock from his beloved parasite, but leaving the door open for the return of Venom.

What happens at the end of “Venom 3: The Last Dance”?

The Poison the trilogy played its best antagonist card early on with Carnage, so The last dance introduces less tacky villains known as “xenophages” as well as a world-conquering Thanos-like foe known as “Knull,” the creator of the symbiotes.

In the final scene, Eddie and Venom are being chased by xenophages at Area 51, where the government has been trying to create a weapon with the symbiotes. Eddie and Venom free the imprisoned symbiotes and are then overwhelmed by a swarm of xenophages that can swallow the symbiotes like jelly.

After they are overwhelmed by the creatures, Venom separates from Eddie’s body and consumes every single xenophage before being hit by a powerful acid jet and taking a death shower, sacrificing himself to destroy the xenophages and save his best friend.

Venom’s body is completely dissolved by the acid, but one more symbiote remains, Agony, a purple, tendril-haired speedster who latched onto Juno Temple’s Dr. Payne.

Eddie, finally separated from his friend, mourns the loss of Venom, heading to New York to reminisce about the good times they had. Interestingly, this is Spider-Man territory, but it’s unclear if the web-slinger will ever appear in the Venom-verse.

As for Venom and Eddie, they seem to be broken up for good, as Tom Hardy and director Kelly Marcel insisted that this is indeed Venom’s last dance.

However, this is a comic and Venom is a very popular character; thus, his death is likely temporary.

Venom dies in Venom 3: The Last Dance?

When Venom is doused in acid, he says goodbye to Eddie, but specifically says, “Goodbye for now,” a callback to an earlier moment in the film and a clear indication that the character will return.

The venom can survive as long as a drop of symbiote slime remains and the venom spatter is still scattered across the multiverse. After that, one piece of Venom remained in the MCU Spider-Man: No Way Homeand another drop was left in a bar in Mexico during the events The last dance.

Those drops might not even matter, though—this is a comic book franchise, and Venom can be resurrected through time travel, science, or magic.

Is the Sinister Six still happening?

The Sinister Six are essentially Sony’s Avengers Spider-Man villain-verse — tried to get off the ground for several years.

With the threat of the powerful villain Knull, teased during The last dance after the credits, the foundation seems to be laid for a future film together.

Sony has assembled its own cinematic universe, which, oddly enough, is loosely connected to the MCU, while the animated spider verse, but only occasionally coincides with these franchises.

The next entry in this franchise Kraven the hunterwhich will be released on December 13, starring Aaron Taylor-Johnson.

Considering the previous parts include a lot of memes Morbius and Madame Weba Sinister Six movie can be a bit ambitious. however, Poison turned out to be a surprisingly successful trilogy even if The last dance has slipped a bit.

Venom has thrived without its legendary adversary, Spider-Man, and much of its success can be attributed to Tom Hardy delivering an incredible, strange performance as Eddie Brock and an unforgettable voice for Venom.

If the Sony Cinematic Universe continues, Venom will definitely be there.
