A man was shot several times in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, Maryland. A man was shot and killed in southeast Baltimore late Wednesday night, prompting police to launch a homicide investigation.

Officers responded to the 2600 block of East Baltimore Street at approximately 10:02 p.m. Wednesday after receiving a report of a shooting. They found an unknown man with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of medics to save the victim’s life, he was declared dead on the spot.
