Delhi woman cuts off drunk man’s private part after quarrel – Delhi News

A woman in New Delhi’s Roop Nagar area allegedly cut off her husband’s private part after an argument, police said on Saturday.

The incident happened on the night from Thursday to Friday. The victim, Vishnu, a native of Bihar who works in Delhi, is currently undergoing treatment.

According to police, they were alerted early Friday morning: “A woman cut her husband’s private part with a knife and ran away.”

In his statement to the police on Saturday, Vishnu said the couple got into a heated argument after he consumed alcohol. After the quarrel, his wife left the house, and he fell asleep. She later returned and attacked him with a sharp object, injuring his private part, police said.

Vishnu was first taken to a nearby hospital and then transferred to another facility for further treatment.

The woman is currently in hiding, and authorities have launched a hunt for her whereabouts.
