A man and woman have been charged after being pulled from a Davenport home

DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) – A man and a woman have been charged after a standoff at a Davenport home Friday night.

According to court records, Travis Grubbs, 40, and Tabatha Grubbs, 41, are charged with interference with official acts. Travis Grubbs is also charged with second-degree theft.

According to court documents, Travis Grubbs is charged with larceny in small claims court for not paying rent. Travis Grubbs’ hearing is set for November 5.

The confrontation happened in the 5400 block of Ricker Hill Road in Davenport on Friday night.

TV6 on scene saw and heard police trying to get Travis Grubbs to leave the home. After Travis Grubbs did not comply, police entered the residence.

At approximately 5:55 p.m., Travis Grubbs was pulled from the home by Davenport police, as seen by TV6 at the scene.

At approximately 6:00 p.m., TV6 saw Tabatha Grubbs being dragged from her home.
