A man has shared what he got in his Too Good To Go order from the Toby Carvery buffet for less than £3 and it seems people online were seriously impressed

A seasoned diner showed off the impressive results he got from a Too Good To Go bag at Toby Carvery and social media users are saying they are ‘jealous’. The the world’s largest market for excess food, pair Too Good To Go diners with diners looking to save money and reduce food waste.

People can buy mystery bags of food that would otherwise go to waste, meaning you can get real deals with the app. And TikTok user @lifeatgully couldn’t wait to share his bargain experience after picking up a Too Good To Go bag from Toby Carvery in Loughborough for just £2.79.

In his video, he shared that what he ate was advertised as a “surprise breakfast package.” When he entered the popular chain of pubs, he realized that there was actually breakfast there. One of the employees explained how they were going to fill the mystery box with food for the buffet.


When he was handed the box, he took it outside and opened it, sitting on the wall in the parking lot, unable to wait to find out what was inside. And the content seemed worth it. It featured a large serving of breakfast goodies including eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage and mushrooms. His only complaint was that it had “more grease than a real musical”.

He asked people to comment on whether they thought it was worth it at £2.79. “This is much bigger and better than what I had when I got one a couple of days ago,” one person said. Another wrote: “Wow this looks good, beats my Weetabix.”


A third commenter said they were “jealous” of the haul as several others called it a “good deal”. Another said: “I’d eat this with my fingers if I didn’t have cutlery!”
