Man identified in Colorado Springs homicide near Interquest and Voyager

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Colorado Springs police on Friday identified the man who was killed Sunday in a homicide.

Police posted on their online crime blog that they were called to the 11100 block of Cedar Glenn Vw. at approximately 1:44 a.m. The area is near Voyager Parkway and Interquest Parkway. Police were called to a report of a disturbance and when they arrived at the scene, they found a man dead.

Police identified the man as 27-year-old Dominic Godinez.

Police said the coroner’s office is still investigating the cause and manner of death. As of Friday afternoon, no one had been arrested.
