Connerwho was broadcasting on Kick, caught the moment and was devastated by the carnage he witnessed.

“Oh no!” he shouted, rushing towards the chaos. “Oh no no no!”

Several others, including someone in a Winnie the Pooh costume, tried to help, but the car continued to move and appeared to crush someone underneath.

“There’s still a guy under it, bro. There’s still a guy under it!” someone exclaimed.

Amidst the chaos, members began jumping on the car and trying to damage it, but when they did, Conner and many others left the scene.

Conner explained why he was banned.

The streamer was eventually banned from the platform, explaining in an Instagram post that he had been banned for a week for “graphic violence”.

“That clip was rigged,” he said. “RIP for those who died and prayers for them, their families and those 5+ in hospital.”

However, an Anaheim police spokesman did not confirm that anyone was killed in the incident. They explained that two 19-year-old pedestrians were taken to the hospital and are “currently in stable condition.”

The police did not report any casualties during the incident.

These takeover events proved to be a headache, and California Governor Gavin Newsom promised deal on these “reckless criminal acts” with new legislation to increase penalties.

“We are sending a clear message to anyone who is going to participate or attend the tour: more severe penalties apply, including the potential loss of your vehicle,” he said.

Police say no one has been arrested so far, and the driver fled the scene on foot.
