Two teenagers were hit by a car in southeast Colorado Springs on Halloween night

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Two teenagers were hit by a vehicle on Halloween night around 8:15 p.m.

The crash was reported at Monica Drive and Moonbeam Drive near the Hancock Expressway in southeast Colorado Springs.

After the accident, at least one pedestrian was taken to the hospital.

On Friday morning, the police provided updated information, in which they explained that a teenager and a 19-year-old boy were among the wounded.

“They both appear to be OK and did not suffer serious, non-life-threatening injuries,” a spokesperson for the police department told 11 News.

The accident is still under investigation and it is not known if anyone will be prosecuted or charged.
