Video captures the moment a police officer grabbed hold of a teenager accused in a fatal shooting in Orlando, Florida.

Two people were killed and six others were injured in a shooting that happened on a crowded street during the Halloween celebration.

Police said they responded to the first reports of shots fired, but minutes later officers saw a second shooting a short distance away.

A 17-year-old boy was detained.

According to the authorities, the condition of the victims is stable.
