In Los Angeles, a group of police officers chased a man covered in blue paint.

LOS ANGELES – A strange scene unfolded downtown Los Angeles when a man covered in blue paint from head to toe led the police on a chase.

The man, according to Dodger fans, was trying to leave marks on the pavement with the paint he was covered in, and Los Angeles Police Department the police caught him red-handed.

The video appears to show at least two people who had nothing to do with the tagging being killed by LAPD officers trying to catch the man with the blue paint.

It is not known why the painted man was covered in blue in the first place and what message he was trying to send.
