A drunk woman mocked the hospital staff trying to help her

A woman has appeared in court after she drunkenly abused staff at Nobles Hospital.

Cathy Frances O’Brien, of Drury Terrace, Douglas, appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachel Braidwood.

O’Brien admitted that he was drunk and disorderly on October 25.

The 32-year-old was so drunk that she was taken to hospital around 3.20am and later arrested after she became aggressive with staff.

She was fined £265, ordered to pay £125 costs and banned from issuing licenses for six months.
