Highway Patrol responds to fatal crash near Interstate 11 and Decatur Road

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Nevada State Patrol responded to the scene of a fatal crash near Interstate 11 and Decatur Road on Thursday.

The accident happened around 12:57 p.m. involving a car and a pedestrian. The pedestrian was hit, death was confirmed on the spot.

The driver of the car remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.

Northbound Interstate 11/Decatur is currently closed.

Interstate 11 and the area of ​​Decatur Road will be closed for several hours due to the investigation.
