Conjuring house owner arrested for alleged DUI after police chase in Rhode Island: video

Police in Rhode Island released body camera footage of the homeowner’s alleged DUI arrest used in the horror film The Conjuring.

On Monday, just after 9 p.m., Burrillville police spotted a white Lexus driving erratically.

The video showed the driver of the car, identified by police as Jacqueline Nunes, leading officers on a chase through several different streets in the city before finally stopping.

Officers shout: “Driver, show your hands!”

The police came her car, repeatedly asking Nunez to turn off the car.

police report, obtained by WJARclaims officers smelled a strong odor of alcohol on Nunez’s breath.

The report also stated that Nunez had “bloodshot and glassy eyes.”

“I’m sick of you, okay, I’m watching your finger,” Nunes said as the field sobriety test began.

“We have to go through this ordeal… I know I ‘bored’ you, but,” the officer replies before Nunez cuts him off.

“And I know I’m going to pass it with flying colors, so go ahead with your test,” Nunes says, jabbing the officer with a finger.

The officer then tells her to stop moving and not to move her head.

Nunes is then seen rolling his eyes and saying “whatever.”

Burrillville police have released dash cam footage of the alleged arrest of the woman who owns the house in the movie “The Conjuring.” (Burrillville Police Department)

The officer then forces Nunes to continue with the field sobriety test. She claims she only had “a couple of drinks”.

“I’ve had a few drinks and I’m living in a haunted house,” Nunes tells the officers.

Nunez then asked the officers if they usually handcuff people who drink several manhattans.

“Why are multiple officers pulling up behind me because I’ve had a couple of drinks?” Nunes asked.

Police said Nunes was also wearing her “spell” sweatshirt and repeatedly laughed during field sobriety tests.

Nunez was issued a citation for DUI and careless driving, in addition to other traffic violations.

Fox News Digital reached out to the Burrillville Police Department but did not receive a response.
