LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A Lincoln woman is accused of going on a spending spree with her employer’s credit cards.

Tiffany Isley, 54, was charged Thursday with felony theft. She turned herself in at the Lancaster County Jail.

Isley was a secretary at Pat Thomas Construction Inc. in Lincoln, according to court documents.

An arrest affidavit says the company provided her with a Discover credit card and a Southwest card.

When an accounting firm was working on the construction company’s 2023 taxes, it raised concerns about spending patterns on the Discover card.

Investigators determined that Isley made about 1,700 unauthorized purchases on the cards from July 2022 to July 2024.

The purchases totaled $135,649.41, according to police.

Isley paid $500 to be released from jail.

Her next court hearing is scheduled for Dec. 12.
