SC directs CBI investigations to illegal buildings in Chanden

The Justices Surya Kant and N Kotiswar Singh have expressed its concern and accused the inaction of Delhi Municipal Corporation officials to check unauthorized structures at the city’s commercial center.

“We tend to order the investigations of the CBI about these structures and involve the officials in the permission of builders to build these structures. Builders build these buildings and you have closed their eyes,” – said justice Suria Kan.

The lawyer who appears in the MCD stated that the expected unauthorized structure was eliminated in accordance with the orders of the High Court of Delhi, where the matter continues.

Suria’s justice Kant said, “When someone comes from Pil, you suddenly wake up … The highest court, unfortunately, does not even allow the petitioners to say something and suddenly closes the case on the basis of your statement. We will send CBI to investigate everything.”

The bench asked the applicant to submit a message to the parties who were not submitted and published this issue for further hearing next week.

It says: “This question not only requires a site verification by the expert team, including measurements, the municipal corporation cases should also be given to the show why you should not order a deeper probe.”

The bench declared the applicant who appeared personally that he could not accept orders without hearing the other party, and asked her to offer the names of some independent persons, such as architects and engineers for the Constitution of the Committee who could go and inspect the site.
