Manchester: A person found at Victoria Station with prickly wounds

The man was taken to the hospital after he was found at the railway station in Manchester with stabbed wounds, police said.

Emergency services visited Victoria Station on Sunday at about 7:00 pm GMT after police reports about a man in the 1920s with “serious injuries”.

The Great Manchester police said no arrests have been carried out, but officers continue to view CCTV frames and talk with a number of witnesses.

In the statement, force added: “We believe that it is a single incident and does not threaten the wide community.”
