Top -Police Chennai suspended a complaint about sexual harassment of a woman police officer

Senior Police Chennai – who conducted a joint commissar -Rank – was dismissed after charges of sexual harassment. The Internal Complaint Committee is on charges expressed by the surviving. The pattern of sexual attacks prompted fierce attacks on the ruling Dravid Munnetras Bezhagam about the situation with the law in the southern state. DMK, however, insists that there are no problems with law enforcement agencies, and that the guilty of each case has been arrested.

Minister of Law Tamil Nadu Regpathy said: “The victims have confidence in our government, and (why) they complain … with courage (knowing what we will) bring the perpetrators to booking …”

He also took the opportunity to strike at opposition Aiadmk, announcing that rape and victims of sexual attacks “scared” and that the submission of police cases had a delay when this party was in power.

These incidents became the main political point of the outbreak in the country on the eve of the election next year, when Aiadmk and BJP (his former ally) attacked the DMC after he appeared, the suspect of Anna university had a reference to the ruling party.

MK Chief Minister Stalin was forced to answer last month; He acknowledged that the accused was a sympathetic of the party, but firmly denied that the man had officially membership in the DMC.

The accused is Gnansecarans, the roadside seller of the Biryan.

Emphasizing the safety of women, it is of paramount importance to his government, Mr. Stalin noted that the man was not protected and that the charges were filed in accordance with the Hondas Law.
