Friends, family remember teenagers who died in an ATV accident on Phoenix channel

Phoenix (Azfamily) -The Phoenix Police Department confirmed that a second teenager was killed on Wednesday after the off -road accident through the fence and landed in a dry Phoenix dried channel last week.
