Problems on Bombay HC about Maryathi actor Urny Kotaren about the transmission of probe in the case of accidents; Manages CCTV frames

Popular actor Maryathi Urmila Kotaren, whose high -speed car got to the worker and killed him in December 2024, appealed to the Supreme Court of Bombey, who was looking for a probe to the Mumbai police crime.

Division Bench Justices Revati Mohite-Dere and Dr. Nail Hokhale He listened to this case on Wednesday (February 12) and published reports to the respondents. The court also ordered the police to save CCTV frames as well as a report on the mechanical inspection of the respective car.

The actor who was too injured by the chin and eyelids argued that the unhappy accident occurred in the Mumbai Kandalta area only because the contractor built a leg through the bridge (FOB) near the Poiary metro station was unable to put any ‘caution’ or “provision or “signs.”

The petition filed through Amarendra Mishra’s lawyer states that Kotar was returning from the shooting on December 28, 2024 at midnight, and her driver Gadzhanan Pal was riding at a regular speed while she was asleep. It states that since there were no “safety” signs on the road, where work with the subway continued consciousness in the specified accident and could not tell the exact sequence of events.

The petition emphasizes the fact that one of the on -site workers died and the other was injured. It further points out that even the Kotar and her driver were injured and hospitalized.

Subsequently, Pal was arrested by police, but was given a pledge by the Magistrate court.

In his statement, the actor argued that the contractor had to take additional safety and safety measures to change the vehicles in advance as soon as they passed to the POIAR metro station. However, the police are trying to “protect” the contractor, because, despite the fact that the requests did not repeat the request to the investigator to disclose the exact cause why the predictable accident occurred, and to provide video surveillance footage of the said incident, nothing like this was done, the request said.

The petition states that, despite the fact that Kotaren told the investigator that several CCTV cameras had been installed around the accident and that the same can be checked to determine the exact cause of the accident, the officer gave only evasion.

“It seems that IO refuses true facts that create reasonable fears of justice of investigation. A similar western highway without any safety standards and norms. The request claims.

The case was postponed until March 17.
