New -York AG suggest Trump administration through predicted access to data to Musk and Dog

The New Aworca Prosecutor General James, together with 18 general lawyers, filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration, challenging a policy that allegedly provides Elon Mask and the Government Efficiency Department (Doge) “unauthorized access to the Americans’ sensitive financial data. The lawsuit claims that the administration has exceeded its powers, allowing muscular and admission to the central payment system of the US Treasury Ministry, posing a serious threat to the personal confidentiality and security of the Federal Fund.

The policy that came into force on February 2, 2025 allows access to the Payment System of the Bureau of Fiscal Services (BFS), which distributes social security, veterans, Medicare, Medicaid and public funding for such necessary services as law enforcement agencies and public education. James claims that this change violates the federal law, since only the selected civil servants with the security permission must have such access.

The claim warns that extension of access to BFS can allow unauthorized persons to manipulate or freeze federal funds by undermining constitutional protection. James stressed that no one, regardless of wealth or status, does not exceed the law, including Musk. The coalition requires a ban on blocking policy and a legal statement that it is unconstitutional.

The case covers concern about the privacy of data and the separation of powers, and attorneys working to prevent potential abuse of federal funds. The claim emphasizes the risks related to unauthorized access to state financial systems, increasing the importance of protecting the confidential information of Americans.
