The runner filed a lawsuit against teenagers in the UK after a predictable call of death

He says he prohibits dangerous content or platform calls and directs those looking for hashtags or videos to his security center.

The complaint was filed in the High Court of Delaware on behalf of Mother Archie Holly, Mom, Isaac Lisa Knevan, Jols Ellen Rom and Dad Maya Liam Walsh.

He argues that death was a “predictable result of an engineering dependence on Byedance and programming decisions,” which are “aimed at pushing children to maximize interaction with Tiktok by any necessary means.”

And he blames that he “created harmful dependencies in every child” because of his design and “flooded them, seemingly endless stream of harm.”

“It is not a pity as the kids were looking for or wanted to see when their use began,” he says.
