Avoca’s husband pleaded guilty in the shooting of his wife during a dispute two years ago.

Terry K. Long, younger, 51, pleaded guilty in the first degree attack in the Court of Stiuben Court on Tuesday for shooting his wife in December 2023. The request was when his lawsuit had to begin.

According to the authorities, Long shot his wife in the face with a 12-calibrated gun during a dispute in their Avoca house. Initially, he blamed another person, but the investigation and the victim’s statements denied his claim.

He is threatened with nine and a half years of imprisonment and five years after release. The sentence is scheduled for April.
