The person pleads guilty in the theft of Ereganne’s bus from the Letterken station

The young man appeared in court after the guilt in the theft of a bus vehicle from the Dnegal bus station.

Derek Dann appeared before the District Court Letterken this morning.

Dann, from Martyevich House, Dublin, is accused of July 10, 2023 at the bus station of the bus Eureanne, Ramelton -Road, Letterken, he illegally seized and used a vehicle without the consent of the owner, bus transport company, or without legal authority.

23-year-old did not speak during the hearing.

The court was told that Dann had made an early statement.

The charge contradicts Section 112 of the Law on Traffic of 1961 (as amended by Section 65 of the Traffic Law, 1968, and as amended section 18 of the Traffic Law, 2006).

Barrister Danna, Daniel Commerford, BL, said his client is already dealing with probation services in Dublin.

He asked for a break in the case and asked the case to be returned to the October session of the court.

Judge John Ailmer agreed.

Dann was released during a permanent bail to appear before the court to make a sentence in October.
