Mohammed Lamin Mbeng, 21, from Rockville, Maryland, was arrested on January 31 and charged with computer violation under Virginia’s law. According to the MWAA Secretary, he was booked in the center of imprisonment of Adult District Arlington and later released.

After the further investigation, the authorities also accused Jonathan Savoy, 45, in the Upper Marlboro, Maryland, on a computer crime on February 2. Savoy was released at the magistrate.

Both men are accused of creating an unauthorized copy of airport records, although officials did not indicate how they received or distributed staff.
