The former advisor pleads guilty in theft of $ 1 million in customers

Anthony Paul Torre appeared in the District Court of Western Australia on January 28 and pleaded guilty at three points of theft and two fraud points, which led to the assignment of $ 1030,000 to clients.

The offenses were argued from March 2010 to January 2015, which was claimed that Torre had stolen or, intending to deceive, received $ 1.88 million from his clients with his intention to use him in his own benefit.

According to the Criminal Code (Wa), the maximum punishment for each crime of theft is seven years in prison, and for fraud seven years of imprisonment or 10 years, if a person is deceived at the age of 60 years.
