Brooks was not the only user of a spark driver who is experiencing problems, since several others – including shipping driver named Sherry Medellin – said their spark accounts were also broken.

As Medeline Business Insider explained, she was unable to access her account after receiving a notification that someone logged in to her account from another device. When she called SPark’s customers support, the agent said that several recent deliveries had been completed at her account, but Medellin did not make any of these deliveries.
