In July 2024, the authorities began an investigation into a group that participates in the theft from a break and a high class of vehicles in the Great Toronto (GTA). As part of the Chicago Project and Blue Streak ProjectPolice have performed several search warrants, which led to several arrests and the restoration of stolen vehicles and two illegal firearms.

During the investigation, the authorities found evidence that associate two previously identified persons with past offenses related to a gun and property.

It is claimed that in the summer of 2024 the couple was in a stolen vehicle and used a firearm to “recklessly discharge” from a movable car in an unknown purpose.

On January 23, 2025, investigators launched the Repo project and executed additional warrants to search in two Toronto residences. This led to the recovery of a large amount of stolen property and the arrest of two people.

They were identified as 22-year-old Wotts and 22-year-old Isabella Krolov, both of Toronto. Their accusations include knowledge of unauthorized possession of firearms, the occupier of the vehicle, knowing that there is a firearm and the possession of a loaded or limited firearm.

Both kept in custody at listening. Everyone who has information is asked to speak.
