Penn Yang’s husband, arrested on charges of neglecting children after issued

Penn Jan’s husband was arrested on January 20 after the authorities executed a warrant in a family court.

Matthew D. Red, 35, was taken into custody at his residence. The order issued by the Court of Ontario Court accuses the reading of neglect of children and not support in accordance with the Law on the Family Court.

He was transferred into custody of the Sheriff Ontario for further trial.
