Chebigan, Mitchell James County Landlord, pleaded guilty of a state -rental assistance program, reports Michigan Development Department in news.

The MSHDA and the Sheriff Office of the Presk -Ile County have spent almost three years in investigating James, saying the news, finding that he has conspired with others to submit “multiple fraudulent applications on CERA”.

James was convicted in Cheboigan County to prison and public services and was ordered to pay off $ 158,000.
