Livingston’s woman pleading a conventional term in connection with babies’ death

Livilston, Texas (Ktre) – Livingston woman has adopted a 10 -year sentence in connection with the death of a child.

Vera Britney Dawson accused he did not provide medical care to his infant son after he was beaten by his father in 2020, resulting in a baby dies. Duson, arrested in April 2023, pleaded guilty on Monday in a child trauma and adopted a sentence in a 10 -year test. The case was considered before Judge John Wells III.

The child’s father, 25 -year -old Thomas Allen Yankschak from Livingston, was arrested in September 2021 and was accused of killing a man under 10 years. Yanksak pleaded guilty of less charges of injury to a child with deliberate serious bodily injuries and adopted a 15-year prison sentence in March 2023.

The initial report on the case from November 2020 at the Sheriff District Office of the Regiment stated that detectives received information that the baby was taken to the Texas Children’s Hospital in the forests, where doctors determined the severity of constant injuries. Then the child was transported to Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, where he died in 12 days, apparently because of a dull injury of force.
